So when we say we’re supporting one of the most ambitious ultra runs across the UK, we’re actually doing it from the cosseted environment of our lovely offices here in Romsey.

However, Ex-Southampton footballer Francis Benali, will be taking on this ultimate challenge, Benali’s Big Run, that will see him running to all 20 Premier League Clubs across the UK.

Franny will be taking on this epic 1,000 mile ultra-run in August starting at Newcastle Utd on 24th August. As well as aiming to complete the run in 19 days so that he finishes at his home club of Southampton FC on Saturday 13th September when they play Newcastle, he also hopes to raise £1,000,000 for his chosen charity - Cancer Research UK. As part of our support for this extreme fundraising venture, Jellyfish Livewire will be 'digitally powering' Benali’s Big Run in the lead up to and throughout the time he is making his way around the country.

"The success of what I’m doing doesn’t rely solely on what we do," explained Franny. "It’s also about how people find us online, how many followers we have on our social channels and who reads our blog. All this is vital to getting the message across and ultimately encouraging people to donate.

I can complete the run itself but that isn’t enough. So what Jellyfish Livewire have done and are doing to promote us is just phenomenal. When I started thinking about how I was going to spread the word about the crazy challenge, I realised that an integral part of this would be a strong online presence. I already knew Graham at Jellyfish Livewire and I am aware of their reputation, therefore it made complete sense to work with them on this project when they offered to help. I also need support on the social channels whilst I am running around the different clubs as I could have my hands full with the odd hill or ice bath."
