Livewire has recently acquired part ownership of Little Starts Gift Vouchers Limited – the UK's first fully regulated operator of gift cards that can be used to pay for classes for children aged 0-5.
We understand the gap the Little Starts product fills in the market, and we are well placed within the gift card space to partner with Little Starts for growth; having the financial resources to invest and personnel experienced in running gift card programmes to scale the product and the business.

Our Team
The management team at Livewire will be working closely with Katie Lavis, the Founder and Managing Director of Little Starts to grow the business.
Graham is the owner of Livewire. He has been in the print and marketing space for over 25 years. In 2008 he turned his focus to environmentally friendly alternatives to plastic cards used for Gift, loyalty, and membership programmes. Having become frustrated with the gift card and retail industry's lack of innovation and environmental responsibility related to cards, Graham created the Green Gift Card brand in 2012, which has become synonymous with driving change in the reduction of plastic used in the industry. Author of several white papers about reducing the climate impact of plastic and, in particular, cards, and considered a leader in the fight for change, Graham brings his passion and enthusiasm to the Little Starts team.
As a dad to 5 and grandfather to 5, Graham knows all too well the importance of making memories with family members, so this, combined with his passion for reducing the impact of waste on the environment, led Graham to recognise the brand fit for Little Starts within the wider Livewire business.
Juliette has been in the gift card industry for almost 14 years, working at some of the UK's biggest retail brands, including Marks and Spencer's, Next and Boots. As a previous board member of the UK Gift Card and Voucher Association, she has excellent knowledge of consumer and B2B gift card markets.
Most recently, she was the Head of Card Programmes at intu Properties, managing their gift card and credit card proposition as well as their other customer acquisition activities, including the family club. Since November 2020, Juliette has been the Commercial Director at Green Gift Cards, a Livewire brand, working to grow the business by increasing the customer base and looking at new opportunities in the wider gift card market.
Juliette is a mum to a two-year-old boy and attended multiple classes in the early stages of his life. However, this was affected by the C-19 pandemic, and she felt the impact of not attending any face to face activities. Knowing the benefits these classes offer has made her passionate about the Little Starts brand and the value of early stage classes for both parents and their little ones. Drawing on her gift card sector expertise, Juliette will be working closely with Little Starts' founder, Katie Lavis, on scaling the business.

Shiree is the Production Manager at Livewire and is responsible for everything that is physically produced for our clients, including some of the world's best known brands and SMEs and startups. Shiree has been with the business for over 20 years and knows all there is to know about gift card production. She is also the human parent to her Cockerpoo, Connie, the office pooch.
David, our Lead Developer, is regularly described by Graham as a Unicorn because of his technical capabilities, and he always says yes to any digital based challenge. David has been with the agency for eight years and is a key member of the team and integral to the ongoing growth of the business and its brands.
Bridie is our Marketing Executive and looks after a wide range of clients' digital marketing needs. Bridie coordinates projects for website builds, creates and manages content, and social media. She has both B2B and agency side experience and is already immersed in the Little Starts brand.
