Avis Insurance specialises in the competitive Truck and Fleet Insurance market. With a wide range of complementary insurance products available, Avis commissioned us to produce a website to drive their business forward and assist with the identified need for increased lead generation.
Given how competitive the commercial insurance market is, particular emphasis was give to research. This in-depth research gave us some clear insight about the target customers. The website needed to be simple and offer a number of ways for customers to interact by providing multiple, convenient options to register their interest for a quote. The new website’s main role was to increase leads and conversions. The new website delivered a significant increase in new business leads and subsequent conversions as well proving to be popular with clients due to the hassle free UX.
Livewire designed and built a new website for us. Having looked at the figures this morning I am delighted to say that new business coming via the new website has doubled from July-October 2016 versus the same period last year.
In effect, the additional new business derived from the website over this period virtually paid for the website, so a big thanks to Kelly-Anne and the Livewire team for producing a website that not only looks great but one that gets results too! I would happily recommend Livewire to anyone in need of a website.
